SciFi BCN presents the first screening block of its Official Short Film Selection, featuring part of the 25 short films chosen from nearly 1,000 submissions received from all over the world.

This block brings together diverse visions of contemporary science fiction, ranging from speculative futures and technological anxieties to intimate, human-scale stories told through the language of the genre. Each film has been carefully selected by the programming team for its originality, craft, and imaginative power.
